That’s true teamwork!
On Tuesday, Dancing with the Stars announced its star-studded cast for season 22, and as we previously reported, Nyle DiMarco made the list!
We learned that the America’s Next Top Model winner will be teamed up with none other than Peta Murgatroyd, and these two seem to make the perfect pair already!

It turns out that the blonde beauty is actually learning sign language for her partner! Communication is key, after all! The lovely lady explained:
“It’s been so interesting and such a great learning experience. We’ve had six days to get to know one another. I’m learning sign language now. I mean, it’s great to learn another language. We’re just vibing off each other more. It’s going to be easier and easier day to day.”
We think that’s a great idea! It shows that the dancing pro is totally committed to leading the gorgeous guy to ANOTHER reality competition victory!
She continued:
“I love the connection that we have because it’s so visual. It’s so much more trusting in a sense because we both rely on each other so much because he can’t hear the music.”
And while Nyle isn’t the first deaf contestant the show’s ever had — he’s actually the second — he is excited to show that the hearing impaired can get out there and bust a move with the best of them, saying:
“I’m looking forward to changing the world’s perspective on deaf people├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥that we actually can dance too. You don’t have to be able to hear the music.”
