OnlyFans Model Courtney Clenney Sued By Slain Boyfriend’s Family!

OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney is facing more legal trouble!

For those who don’t know, the 26-year-old was charged with second-degree murder after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli, to death during a domestic dispute inside their condo in Miami, Florida, back in April 2022. While Courtney pleaded not guilty and swore she stabbed him in self-defense, prosecutors argued against the claim, saying she allegedly physically and mentally abused her partner. Videos obtained by prosecutors have even shown the OF star yelling at Christian and calling him the N-word.

She faces up to life in prison if convicted. But now, Courtney has more to worry about than just spending the rest of her life behind bars. While awaiting for her trial to begin, the estate for Christian has filed a lawsuit against the murder suspect – along with the owner and security team for the condo where the couple lived!

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline on Thursday, the estate accused Courtney and the other defendants of negligence in the death of Christian, stating in the filing:

“On or about April 3, 2022, CHRISTIAN OBUMSELI, deceased, was fatally stabbed while within the subject premises within One Paraiso.”

As for why the estate included the building owner and security team in the lawsuit? Per the court filing, they blamed them for failing to protect the property’s residents and guests, including Christian, from “reasonably foreseeable criminal attacks.” The estate claimed the defendants did not provide decent security for the condo building, hire sufficient security personnel, properly train the guards, adequately patrol the residence, and failed to have enough security on site. Basically, they feel the apartment did not have any protections in place to prevent any criminal acts from happening on the property, including Christian’s alleged murder.

For Courtney, the suit claimed she created “dangerous conditions” for Christian. The lawsuit read:

“COURTNEY CLENNEY created and/or allowed to be created said dangerous conditions. Further, COURTNEY CLENNEY failed to warn subject building’s residents, invitees, and the public, including CHRISTIAN OBUMSELI, deceased, of the existence of said dangerous conditions; or in the alternative, did allow said dangerous conditions to exist for a length of time in which a reasonable inspection would have disclosed same.”

Now, the estate is asking for an unspecified amount in damages for the mental pain and suffering Christian’s family experienced since his death, expenses for his medical care and funeral arraignments, and the loss of future support and services to his family. At this time, Courtney has not responded to the lawsuit. But things are certainly not looking good for her right now.
