Well, he may have left when he was young, but Louis Tomlinson‘s estranged father is showing concern for the kid now!
Troy Austin has given a very revealing interview with Britain’s Daily Mirror, and in it he expresses his worry over the influence of drugs in the One Direction member’s life!
Ya know, because of that STOLEN video of Louis and Zayn Malik smoking weed and joking about drugs!
The estranged dad stated that he HOPES Louis hasn’t turned to harder drugs as well because he doesn’t want him to turn out like Amy Winehouse or Peaches Geldof.
Among A LOT of other things, Troy said:

“I’m worried for him. I do believe that being that famous will be taking its toll on them. I think everyone is concerned it could lead to other things. He said he would never get a tattoo because it was a scar and he would never smoke because it would damage his vocal cords. He’s gone the opposite way and I hope it doesn’t get worse.
He’s a different person to that person three years ago. Where are his management? As far as I know they have the best management that money can buy and those people should be protecting them from things like this. Look at people like Peaches and Amy Winehouse and what happened to them.”

We totally get his concern, Louis IS his biological son, after all!
But we DOUBT Louis & Zayn are partying harder than we all think! They’re on a world tour right now! They need rest and relaxation in order to perform almost every night!
But we’ll just have to wait and see what the the band’s OFFICIAL statement about the incident will be!
