Orlando Brown can’t stay out of trouble…
According to TMZ, on Sunday, the That’s So Raven actor was arrested in Las Vegas on one count of burglary.

As seen in footage, the former child star was allegedly caught on camera changing the locks inside Legends Restaurant & Venue. In the clip, he is seen wandering around the kitchen, and even uses a rag to cover up the security camera.
The restaurant is owned by ex-Death Row artist Danny Boy, who has been friends with Orlando since they were kids.
When Brown allegedly entered the property, a security alarm and alert went off on Danny’s phone. After he called the cops, authorities found the thespian on the roof, and claimed he had permission to change the locks.
After Danny debunked his story, Brown was arrested.
According to Danny, Brown was released from a hospital two weeks ago, and crashed at the restaurant. However, Danny says Brown appeared to be out of it, and even accused Danny of stealing money from him.
Brown is currently in jail, and his bail has been set at $13k. His bond from two previous cases has been revoked.
In June, Orlando was arrested for felony drug possession plus misdemeanor charges of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, and obstructing a public officer. In August, a judge issued an arrest warrant after he failed to show up to court.
