NCIS Star Pauley Perrette's Attacker Charged With Multiple Felonies -- Faces Four Years In Prison

Yikes.
ICYMI: NCIS‘ Pauley Perrette was brutally attacked last week outside of her Hollywood home by an allegedly homeless man. LAPD verified Perrette’s story and police arrested a 45-year-old male on felony assault charges, placing him on $100,000 bail.
According to a spokesperson for the El Lay D.A.’s office, David Merck has been charged with one felony count of making a criminal threat and another felony count of false imprisonment by violence.

If convicted, he faces up to four years in prison.
What a scary, scary situation.
While we’re sure Miz Perrette, 46, is still shaken by the incident, we hope she’s comforted in knowing her attacker was tracked down.
