WTF is this outfit?!
Gwen Stefani gave us clown vibes in this weirdo blue Reem Acra number at the People’s Choice Awards in LA Wednesday.
There were way too many ruffles, the bra top was awkward, and the skirt was drowning in floral appliqués.
Too much!!!
The fishnets were also a totally extra, unnecessary touch.
At least she looked good next to boo Blake Shelton (below)!

But we are positive he too was scratching his head at this mess.
They are definitely cute together!
