The Sound Of Music LIVE was such a big hit for NBC, it was only a matter of time before they followed it up with another classic Broadway fave!
But with so many possibilities, what would they choose as their next extravaganza??
Well now they’ve announced that Peter Pan will be the next event to fly into millions of homes on December 4th!
But won’t the whole flying thing make a live show that much more difficult? You bet! But that’s not stopping them! NBC Entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt said:
“Get ready for flying children and state-of-the-art effects!”
Bob also hinted that NBC is looking for a male actor to fill the traditionally female lead.
Just as long as that flying harness is state-of-the-art! Otherwise his boys may be lost! LOLz!
