The Oscar-winning Catching Fire star checked himself into an East Coast detox facility after a week of using HEROIN!
The decades-old habit hit back recently after a prescription for pain pills led to snorting heroin, a vice the actor had all but kicked.
After 10 grueling days of detoxification, the actor is out again and coming clean about coming clean. Philip says the support of his friends and family helped him to voluntarily seek help.
It seems to have worked! Philip is already back on set being a Master of his craft!
We’re so glad to hear the rare rehab success story, but a stumble after so many years is testament to the power of the drug’s addiction!
