Queer Eye's Bobby Berk Was Once Arrested For Throwing Hamburgers At 'Rude' Restaurant Workers

Never have beef with Bobby Berk, or he might just lose his beef on you.
This week, Radar Online reported that the Queer Eye star was once arrested and ordered to do 100 hours of community service for throwing hamburgers at the staff of a Florida restaurant after they called him a “rude” name.
According to an arrest report, Berk entered a Miami sushi restaurant at 12:18 a.m. in July 2010 and was “called a rude name” after being asked to leave for “bringing another establishment’s food in to this establishment.”

Apparently, the now 36-year-old “responded to the rudeness by throwing his hamburgers” and refusing to leave the restaurant, “causing a disruption in the flow of business.”
The Netflix star was charged with disorderly conduct on the premises of an establishment. He ultimately avoided jail time by completing an advocate program required by the court.
We’re glad he got out of this mess relatively un-charred and has since moved onto bigger and better things.
