Things aren’t looking too good for DMX.
The rapper AKA Earl Simmons was arrested in New York on Tuesday for allegedly failing to pay $10,000 a month in child support for his four children with ex-wife Tashera Simmons, according to the Westchester County Clerk’s office.
Did we mention the 44-year-old just got out of jail in September after being charged for not paying $400,000 in child support to another woman?
Yeah…

The Party Up singer spoke in front of Judge Paul Marx — where he argued that he needs to be able to perform in order to make money to pay the child support:
“It’s not like I can hide. All I have is my name and my reputation. [Rapping is the] only way I can make a living.”
Marx decided to give X a chance, and he was set to be released. The next scheduled court appearance is November 18.
This is just another infraction to add to a long list of legal problems for the rapper ranging from: alleged robbery, jumping bail, resisting arrest, reckless driving, drug possession, and identity falsification.
Yikes.
We just hope the kids are taken care of.
