On Monday, Red Lobster announced the newest addition to their menu… Crispy Lobster and Waffles made with the same batter that the restaurant uses to make their famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

A rep told People that the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Waffles are topped with “a crispy, buttermilk-battered and fried Maine lobster tail and finished off with a drizzle of maple syrup.”
Hmm. We can’t decide if this is the best or the worst idea ever — so we wanna know…
