Chelsea Handler, the host of Chelsea Lately, recently gave her two cents on Reese Witherspoon├óΓé¼Γäós arrest. And we’re glad she did!
The two are basically besties, so obvi Chelsea handlered the situation in a way that was nothing but supportive as she casually blew off Reese’s actions.
She says of the situation:
“She’s doing fine. She’s doing fine, you know? She’s just trying to protect her husband, so … I mean, everybody makes mistakes so it’s not a big deal.”
Ha! Maybe not a big deal for the bestie, but we’re pretty sure the woman who puts the ‘Sweet’ in Sweet Home Alabama feels a bit differently.
However, we DO agree that Reese was probably only trying to show her affection by attempting to halt her husband’s arrest! Even though disorderly conduct is against the law and definitely was NOT the recommended course of action in this particular situation.
But who doesn’t love an over-protective wife, right?!?!?
This whole situation sounds like a scene from a classic rom-com!!
