Rob Kardashian Charged With Battery And Theft For Scuffle With Paparazzo!

Rob Kardashian is finding out the hard way that nobody is above the law!
The reality TV star is currently facing charges of battery and petty theft after a run-in with a paparazzo outside an LA gym turned ugly!
For those of you who don’t remember, last March Rob was simply trying to get his workout on when a photographer tried to snap some shirtless pics of him in the parking lot.
Obviously, he didn’t appreciate that and asked her to delete the embarrassing photos from her camera, but when she didn’t he got a little physical with her and STOLE her memory card!
There are conflicting reports on whether or not the paparazzi was trespassing on private property, but that doesn’t really matter at this point. Stealing is stealing, no matter how you spin it! Also, there’s never an excuse to get violent, especially considering the photographer was a female!
It’s unclear what kind of penalties Rob can face at this point and there’s no set date for a trial yet, but this obviously doesn’t help what’s already been a tough year for the Kardashian brother!
Maybe next time he’ll be more careful and keep his hands to himself!
