Rose McGowan‘s attempt to get her cocaine case dropped was unsuccessful.
As we previously reported, the Charmed alum’s legal team filed to have the felony charge dropped by highlighting that she’s been targeted by Harvey Weinstein, who may’ve even been involved in the drug bust. They also defended that officials couldn’t connect the cocaine found on the plane to the Citizen Rose star as too much time had passed before the discovery.

According to The Blast, a judge dismissed Rose’s motion due to a lack of evidence. The 44-year-old was not present during the Monday morning ruling.
Of course, this means McGowan’s case will move forward. It’s said she’s due back in court later this month for a preliminary hearing.
What a bummer for McGowan and her camp.
