It’s going to be an awkward Thanksgiving for The Veronicas!
As we reported, on Tuesday, the people of Australia voted in support of same-sex marriage, 61.6% to 38.4%.

That same day, Veronicas band member Lisa Origliasso (not pictured) tweeted her support for the landmark decision. She wrote:

However, not everyone is buying her excitement.
That same day, Ruby Rose — who is dating Lisa’s twin sister Jessica (pictured above, right) — wrote a since-deleted message on Twitter accusing Lisa of saying gay people should “feel ‘lucky’ we don’t get stoned to death like they do in other countries.”‘
The Orange is the New Black star posted:
The next day, Rose explained she was “emotional,” and needs to not “let the people below try to drag me down.”

I do understand I need to be grateful for the baby steps. But it├óΓé¼Γäós such a mixed feeling to comprehend paying 120 million to ask and see 6/10 people ├óΓé¼╦£voted├óΓé¼Γäó in support of our community being able to have one part of equality – marriage. In a hypothetical non binding discussion.

To add insult to injury, it appears Lisa does not follow Ruby or sister Jessica on Twitter and Instagram.
