Russell Armstrong Asked For Xanax Before His Suicide

Another piece of this awful puzzle.

According to Russell Armstrong’s longtime friend Russ McCullough, Armstrong was after some serious drugs 3 days before he died.

Last week, Russ had dinner with Russell to check in on his friend. Not only was Armstrong unable to pay for his meal, but he spent the evening venting about his “bad” divorce and his hurt reputation. Russ admits his friend looked like he was on the edge, so her offered him so Xanax to calm him down.

Either it worked or Russell had already resigned to take his own life because 3 days before his suicide, he called Russ at his home and asked for a “full bottle.” Russ refused him in fear of him doing harm to himself.

Guess he just found another way. Sad
