Ryan Reynolds is paying tribute to late TikTok star Bella Brave.
It was with heavy hearts that we reported on Monday that the 10-year-old, who battled Hirschsprung’s disease and severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID), sadly passed away. Her mom KylaCT shared the sad news on Sunday, not long after informing fans the little girl had been placed in a medically induced coma after developing a viral infection in her lungs and possibly the chronic disease bronchiolitis obliterans.
So sad.
Bella grew a massive following on the social media platform while documenting her illnesses, and one person she caught the attention of was the Deadpool star.

Back in August of last year, he actually went to the hospital she was being treated at to visit her just weeks after she underwent a bowel transplant. See their cute and spunky interaction (below):

And now following the news of Bella’s death, the Free Guy star is paying his respects. On Monday, Ryan took to his Instagram Story to share a post relating to Bella’s passing. He wrote:
“Bella was so funny and so charming. I loved meeting her and I’m deeply sad to hear this news. She has a razor sharp wit and took zero s**t from anyone. Particularly me. Deepest condolences to her family and the staff at @sickkidsvs who cared for her in every way possible.”
So heartfelt.
