What a beautiful message!
Sailor Brinkley Cook took to her Instagram Monday to tell young girls that it’s perfectly all right not to look like a Victoria’s Secret model because every body type is beautiful in its own way.

She wrote:
“These girls are such beautiful boss hard working strong determined women…. But to all the young girls watching tonight… don’t forget that if your body doesn’t look like theirs it is totally OK. No body type is superior to another. Every body is different and each and every one of those body’s are beautiful and strong and important and worthy of great things.”
The 18-year-old, who is a model in her own right, made sure to praise the Victoria’s Secret Angels and all the hard work they put into looking lean and toned, but stressed the fact that young girls and women shouldn’t necessarily try to emulate them.

We just love that Sailor took the time to express this sentiment. We’re sure it will help a lot of women and girls feel better about themselves and their unique bodies.
