Life is a beach for Scott Disick and Sofia Richie!
According to a clip from Flip It Like Disick‘s season finale (airing Sunday), Kourtney Kardashian‘s baby daddy and Nicole Richie‘s sister discuss the possibility of buying a house together in Malibu.

The conversation started after the model said his current Hidden Hills pad initially looked like a “bachelor pad.”
Once the father-of-three mentioned he could easily sell the residence, he brought up the idea of “[changing] it up” and moving to Malibu.
In response, the 21-year-old exclaimed:
“I love Malibu! I would be down to move to Malibu any day.”
Additionally, Sofia dished it “would be fun” to have a new place so she could add her own personal “touches on things.”
Disick immediately quipped:
“You just want big closets.”
However, Sofia “just wants some involvement,” as his current crib is “very manly Scott.” She added:
“I feel like it would be nice to start over, now that I think about it.”
In a confessional, the KUWTK bro got real about his feelings for his girlfriend, divulging:
“I think it’s hard anywhere to find somebody that you can be comfortable with, And, the truth was, without her, I was always looking for somebody or something. [Sofia’s] definitely been that little piece that’s calmed me down and made me a better man, and made things easier in my life.”

In July, an E! News source said Richie and Kylie Jenner have buddied up after the Life of Kylie star’s fallout with Jordyn Woods — who was accused of (but has denied) hooking up with Khloé Kardashian‘s baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.
The insider explained:
“Sofia really helped Kylie through the emotional roller coaster during the Jordyn situation… She was really there for her and took her side through everything. The situation with Jordyn made them closer.”
Additionally, the makeup mogul reportedly trusts Sofia with her one-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster.
“Kylie also trusts Sofia around Stormi, which is very important to her. Sofia has been around since Stormi was born and Kylie feels comfortable with having her around her child after getting to know her better… They have now formed an irreplaceable bond.”
In August, a People source said Richie “has been nothing but supportive about the Jordyn drama,” and “seems like a very loyal friend to Kylie and Kylie appreciates that.”
