Seal Accused Of Sexual Battery By Former Neighbor -- But The Singer 'Vehemently Denies' The Allegation

Seal is now being accused of sexual misconduct.
On Tuesday, it was revealed that the British singer is at the center of a sexual battery case, a mere week after he encouraged sexual abuse victims to speak out. The troubling accusations come from an actress, named Tracey Birdsall.

The 54-year-old told TMZ that she and Seal were neighbors in El Lay back in the fall of 2016. Apparently, they had formed a friendship, which ended after an alleged incident at the Fly Like An Eagle artist’s home. Per Tracey, the blonde stunner was in Seal’s kitchen to retrieve a lent salad spinner, when out of nowhere, Heidi Klum‘s ex lunged at her.
Birdsall claims Seal forced himself on her and attempted to kiss her. When she asked her famous neighbor what he was doing, he supposedly replied:

“I’m kissing you!”

Tsk, tsk. Tracey went on to state that Seal belittled her clothes (a tank top and shorts) and suggested she was asking for his unwanted advances. Allegedly, he then began groping her breasts. Birdsall says she demanded Seal to stop.
As she was in shock, Tracey accepted Seal’s invitation to sit down on a couch. It’s said the celebrated songwriter once again started teasing Tracey and groped her once more. The Los Angeles native left shortly after this moment and cut off all contact with Seal.
Tracey has chosen to speak out as she feels Seal was being hypocritical with his comments about Oprah Winfrey‘s #MeToo speech and Harvey Weinstein‘s predatory ways. An insider with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has confirmed that a sexual battery complaint was filed on Saturday against the hitmaker.
In regards to the controversy, a rep for the chart topper has since released the following statement:

“Seal vehemently denies the recent allegations made against him by a former neighbor for alleged misconduct more than a year ago. He intends to vigorously defend himself against these false allegations.”
