The time has arrived! We came and we got it, Selenators!
Selena Gomez is InStyle‘s cover beauty for their June issue!
In fact, she’s stealing the spotlight and pushing the boundaries in this eye-popping blue and black Stella McCartney jumpsuit and Fendi cuffs for the cover.
Inside the magazine, Selena is even more gorgeous as she’s seen posing in a Kenzo bustier and matching pants in front of a deserted old gas station.
You may remember, we got a little glimpsy-glimpse at Selener’s photo shoot back in March when she shot the pics in Palmdale, Calif. Yup, we were right, they came out just as gorgeous as we had expected.
Meanwhile, in the interview, the Gomez goddess touches on her Kmart and Adidas Neo fashion lines. She reveals her inspiration for wanting to start a collection of cute and affordable clothes:
“I remember when I was younger and kids in school would be wearing $40 sweaters and other things I couldn├óΓé¼Γäót buy. I wanted to make a line that was supercute and affordable, things a 12-year-old could wear and I could wear too.”
But, what about when she goes high-fashion on the red carpet? Selena says:
“I├óΓé¼Γäóm on the petite side and I don├óΓé¼Γäót think I├óΓé¼Γäóm curvy, but maybe I├óΓé¼Γäóll grow into it. I like to wear things that are fitted because they give me more shape. I like to show a little bit of skin in a nice way. The idea of trying to get on a best-dressed list stresses me out. I├óΓé¼Γäóm so nervous. I love picking out clothes, and it would be a blast to just play dress-up all the time.”
Erm, well, in case you haven’t noticed, Selena, you are ALWAYS on our Best Dressed list, so no need to worry, darling!
We’re digging everything about this issue, we just wish one of her sexier desert poses were picked for the cover!
