The Come & Get It singer, who spoke candidly about her ex-boyfriend, admitted that she will “always care” about Biebsy.
Even AFTER his arrest?!?!

She said:

“Part of life and growing up are going through things that aren’t comfortable – and you hope you come out the other side a stronger person. I will always care about Justin no matter what – my instinct after all we have been through is to protect him from any harm. Whatever he is going through, I want to see him come out the other side stronger.”

Keep in mind, however, that she gave this interview riiiiight before the whole BieberGate arrest happened so she maaay have changed her mind since then.
Though, maybe SHE can convince the Biebs to go to rehab or get therapy so that he can stop this downward spiral!
