Shaq Being Sued By Man Whose Face He Made Fun Of, Even After He Called And Apologized!

We previously mentioned that Shaquille O’Neal and Waka Flocka Flame were catching some flak on the internet for bullying.
Shaq seems like the kind of person least likely to bully someone, but that was kinda what happened.
A few months ago Shaq accidentally made fun of Jahmel Binion’s disfigured face (caused by hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia). Upon realizing what he did, he apologized directly to the 23-year-old man.
Even a phone call apology directly from Shaq didn’t help him from getting SUED!
That’s right, Jahmel is suing Shaq and Waka Flocka!
Jahmel said:

“When they said sorry, I felt like they were saying it to get the pressure off of them for being considered ‘bad people.'”

This must’ve felt like it came outta left field! Shaq apologized!
The defamation lawsuit is all about the fact that Shaq’s picture poking fun at him was shared with over 8.4 million people!
So we guess this is heading to court. We feel like Jehmel just wants a payout, which is understandable. We bet this all gets settled out of court with a big fat check.
