Charlie Sheen’s crazy-ass wife, Brooke Mueller is transferring rehab facilities today after an individual at Malibu Canyon allegedly leaked information about her stay to the media. Brooke claims that someone at the rehab center provided sources with her medical admissions papers that detailed the reasons behind her admission.

Now, safely at her new privately run rehab, her lawyer is on the warpath to sue the life out of Malibu Canyon.

If they can prove it, they’ve got one hell of a case!
