Anjelica Huston is an icon and what a show like Smash needed from the very beginning was a presence like hers to make it work. Though we haven’t seen the pilot yet — but we will soon — we already know she’s going to be our favorite character. She’s exactly how we envision a high-powered Broadway producer to be: a touch of Liza Minnelli charm with the attitude of Meryl Streep’s Miranda Priestly.
Oh, and did we mention she likes to throw her drinks into people’s faces?
