Bombshell, The Musical From Smash, Is Coming To The Stage For One-Night-Only! But Wait... There's More!!

Smash is coming back!! …sort of!
The beloved NBC series is coming back, not to TV, but in the form of a one-night-only benefit concert for The Actors Fund!
They’ll be putting on Bombshell, the play within the show, based on Marilyn Monroe! What a fantastic idea!!
The cast and venue haven’t been announced yet but the show’s producers (Craig Zadan and Neil Meron) are the same folks who brought us Peter Pan Live! and The Sound of Music Live!
So you know it’s gonna be FAB!!

Tickets are going on sale early 2015 and the whole event goes down June 15th.
But wait… U haven’t heard the best part yet…
If the benefit is a success NBC is ready to Kickstart a live staging of the show, just like Peter Pan Live!
That would be sooooo amazing!!
But who would play Marilyn?? Both Katherine McPhee AND Megan Hilty played her during the show!
