The younger and newer Carrie Bradshaw, AnnaSophia Robb, was spotted yesterday in New York City filming The Carrie Diaries – a spin off slash origins story based off the spicy hot Sex And The City.
AnnaSophia Robb told sources:
“I know everyone’s going to compare [The Carrie Diaries] to Sex and the City, but we’re never going to be that. The show is more for my generation, but it’s set in the ’80s, so it’s fun.”
We freakin’ bet it is!!!
AnnaSophia Robb shared a letter she received from the original Carrie Bradshaw… Ladies and Gentlemen… Missus. Sarah. Jessica. Parker!!!
Here’s what AnnaSophia Robb had to say about it:
“She sent me a letter! I wrote her one back, too. She was just very encouraging about it all. It was really cool!”
We can’t wait to see what this up-and-coming-starlet does with the infamous character. How about U???
