Tasmanian Devil Babies At Devilish CUTEz At Alma Park Zoo!

tasmanian-devils-alma-park-zoo-web.jpg
Three little gurlies are making their debut at Brisbane’s Alma Park Zoo, and these little devils are too FAB!
The Tasmanian devil sisters are slowly poking out of their den with their mama, Lilith.
The little imps are special because they are descended of the Devil Facial Tumor Disease trait, however they are disease free themselves.
The little gurls play an important role in diversifying the species as they are the only ones of their kind on the mainland (Australia).
Tasmanian devils are in extreme risk of extinction due to the Devil Facial Tumor Disease so they must be bred in captivity FAR away from devils with the disease.
These little cuties are DEFINITELY a good sign for the species!
