Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes became fast friends last year. When Tay started dating Travis Kelce, the wife of QB Patrick Mahomes welcomed her warmly into the WAG community. The two couples spent a lot of time together.
Folks were worried, however, that their politics had gotten in the way. Tay famously endorsed Kamala Harris, while Brittany seemed to support Donald Trump. And of course, we’re not talking about sports rivalry here — Trump has proven himself to be a genuine danger to women, the LGBT community, and minorities, especially immigrants. It’s a scary implication to support him. So when they seemed to be keeping their distance a few weeks ago, fans thought the worst.

But it seems clear all’s well in Arrowhead! Both attended the Kansas City Chiefs game on Monday night, and in an adorable video, Brittany can be seen welcoming Tay once again with a big, exuberant hug!

How did they fix things? There was talk Brittany might have been rethinking her support after the way Trump attacked her friend Taylor personally. But we’ve also heard they just don’t actually talk politics when they get together. Either way, it seems like they’re a united front again!
Like all best friends, that means in good times and bad! Like when Pat’s touchdown pass got intercepted and returned for HUGE gain… by a defensive lineman! Just watch as they look on in disbelief together! (Together being the important part!)
Something tells us Tay changed her view of that play after the fact. Not only because the Chiefs still won, but it was who intercepted that ball.
That New Orleans Saints defensive tackle is Khalen Saunders. Besides being an extremely fast and agile 320-lb lineman, he’s also the brother of one of Taylor’s backup dancers, Kameron Saunders!
Tay LOVES her backup dancers, so he’s practically family! LOLz! We’re sure she was able to give him props for his fantastic play after the fact. Dontcha think??
