Even grocery trips to Whole Foods make for a perfect occasion, as the blonde beauty so fabulously proved on Tuesday.
Though with a dress so short, Taylor did also bundle up in an oversized coat to at least keep her top half warm from the cold, NYC weather!
She then further completed her look with mustard mittens, a Dolce & Gabbana purse, and Rag & Bone ankle boots.
Her street style uniform is perfection!
