A New Zealand teen who had been home schooled gave a weird anti-gay rant recently.
They claimed that if same-sex marriage were made legal, that ducks could take over the world.
What?
We don’t even know how to respond to that.
The 14-year-old known only as Jasmin wrote:
“If homosexuality spreads, it can cause human evolution to come to a standstill. It could threaten the human position on the evolutionary ladder, and say, ducks, could take over the world. Ducks always nest in pairs and we if allow same-sex marriage, then the ducks will have evolved further than we have. We will be in danger of all being equal, with ducks more equal than us. If you believe in evolution, you can’t be in favor of homosexuality, or the ducks will get you in the end.”
Omg. We seriously don’t even know what to say.
That is so absolutely ridiculous we can’t even be mad.
We’re actually pretty sad that someone could be that ignorant.
Maybe it’s time to pull that kid out of homeschool.
