Kailyn Lowry may’ve just met her match…
On Monday evening, the Teen Mom 2 star faced off against costar Briana DeJesus amid the latter’s brewing romance with Javi Marroquin. As you surely know, Kailyn and Javi had quite the tumultuous marriage before officially divorcing at the end of 2016.

Despite not being together anymore, Lowry and Marroquin actively coparent their son Lincoln together. Javi is also very involved in Kailyn’s first child’s life, whom she had with ex boyfriend Jo Rivera in 2010. So it’s no wonder the 26-year-old was seemingly salty when she was tipped off about Briana’s budding love story with her former flame!!
Here’s how it played out…
The most recent TM2 episode centered around the filming of the MTV hit’s latest reunion. While the cast was busy talking about past issues on camera, there was current drama being addressed behind the scenes. Specifically, Kailyn had a big issue with Javi’s trip to Orlando and his coy nature surrounding his “friendship” with DeJesus.
Thus, Kailyn was set off when she learned she had to share a dressing room with Briana:
“This is a fucking joke. I don’t like Briana. I don’t like Jenelle [Evans]. I don’t want to be around them.”
At first, Briana avoided confrontation with Kailyn by staying silent while getting ready. However, as filming for the reunion went on for days, a blow up eventually occurred. When the two were forced to share a dressing room once more, DeJesus thought she’d try to civilly explain her relationship with Javi to Kailyn. Of course, this tone didn’t last long, as Briana dished out:
“If you’re still feeling salty about it, that’s your problem not mine.”
Oh snap! This comment escalated things into a back and forth between Briana and Kailyn. Eventually, Briana told Kailyn to “shut up,” a notion she did NOT appreciate. In fact, Lowry hit back with:
“Alright you can be ratchet then.”
At this point, Briana’s mom and sister intervened. Dramz.
Kailyn has since perfectly summarized the last reunion, as she noted on Twitter:

LOLz! Sadly, Briana didn’t just face off against Kailyn, as she also fought with Leah Messer.
Apparently, Briana had beef with the mother of three, since Leah’s the one who told Kailyn about her Orlando plans. Understandably, Miz Messer was terrified to see DeJesus after spilling the beans to Kailyn. When their showdown occurred, Briana was unsurprisingly defensive and accused Messer of exaggerating things to Lowry:
“I don’t give a fuck about how anybody feels. I’m grown.”
Man, oh man. Of course, this caused Leah to break down into tears. Not only did she accuse Briana and Javi for “playing it,” but she added:
“If she didn’t want me to say anything, she shouldn’t have fucking said anything. I could give a fuck about your life.”
Fair point. Thankfully, Leah has Kailyn in her corner, as her castmate shared online:

It’s nice that they’re sticking together, especially since Javi had no qualms with pursuing Briana. During the episode, Marroquin actively flirted with DeJesus. While visiting her hotel room, Kailyn’s ex confessed:
“We texted about long distance. That’s only a two hour flight. I do want to take you on a date though.”
Despite being interested in Javi, Briana advised that they take it “day by day” as she didn’t want to have issues with her peers. Too late, girl!!
However, Briana clearly had feelings for Javi, as she admitted:
“Javi, don’t start something you can’t finish. Last thing I need is to repeat history.”
