UPDATE! 7:11 PST: According to TMZ, Tekashi 6ix9ine is facing 6 counts, the most serious of which is discharging a firearm while committing a crime. This charge carries a possible life sentence, and a mandatory minimum of 25 years in prison. Ex-manager Shottie is facing the same 6 charges.
The federal indictment also lists drug deals, armed robberies, and shootings, including an incident on April 3 where the rapper and his crew allegedly robbed gang rivals at gunpoint.
Authorities also believe Tekashi and his associates were hawking heroin, fentanyl, MDMA, and marijuana all around New York City.
The musician has been denied bail and will remain in custody pending trial. His attorney Lance Lazzaro‘s proposal — which suggested that Tekashi pay the court $750k, surrender his passport, and remain on house arrest — was shot down.
However, the lawyer plans to file an appeal with the judge during a bail hearing on Tuesday.

And just like that… Tekashi 6ix9ine may be taken off the scene as quickly as he blew it up.
The FEFE rapper, his recently fired manager, and two other former associates of his were arrested by feds Sunday night for racketeering charges, according to TMZ, and are currently in federal custody.
Law enforcement sources told the outlet that 6ix9ine was cuffed by ATF agents in NYC at the same time his ex-manager Shottie was also arrested. The investigation was a joint effort by the bureau, NYPD, and Homeland Security.

One of the other suspects arrested is Crippy (Faheem Walter), who was reportedly shot last month during the altercation that went down when Tekashi and crew were celebrating the fact that he had just dodged a prison sentence in his child sex case.
This time, however, the rapper isn’t expected to get off lightly. The outlet reports that all four men face racketeering and firearms charges, which means they will very likely wind up behind bars.
Last week, the 22-year-old reportedly revealed on Instagram that he fired “everyone,” including Shottie, and was canceling the remainder of his U.S. tour. We wonder if he saw this sting coming?
