Maryland Woman Drives Car Into Lake While Texting, Gets Minor Injuries & Free Car Wash!

Hasn’t she seen Highway Don’t Care?!? Or that one episode of The Office?!

A Maryland woman who is TOTALLY LUCKY TO BE ALIVE TODAY drove her self into a lake while trying to send a text message!!!

Authorities say the 25-year-old driver was texting while driving yesterday, and that distraction apparently caused her to slam into a giant tree and careen off of that into a nearby lake!!

Yikes!! We know it’s a rough economy, but most gas stations will discount your car wash every time you fill up your tank!!

There’s no need to resort to this madness!!

Thankfully, the woman’s foolish decision didn’t injure her too badly! She was taken to the hospital but reportedly only suffered minor injuries.

Authorities haven’t specified whether or not the tree was hurt.

We’ve said it once, and we’ll say it again:

TEXTING WHILE DRIVING IS THE WORST!

So don’t do it!! Ever!
