The first was high-flying fun and the second one isn’t even OUT yet! But Sony announced today that they will be making The Amazing Spider-Man 3 AND 4.
Those web-slinging sequels will be hitting theaters in 2016 and 2018!!! Fans are already pumped to see Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone back together again in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which comes out next May. But will AGarf and Ms. Stone be asked back for the next installments?
SPOILER ALERT: Emma’s character Gwen Stacy DIES in the original comic series, and many believe her untimely end is going to come in the next flick.
And as for Andrew, by 2018, he’ll be pushing 35-years-old, and that might be TOO old to be Spider-Man. After all, Tobey Maguire was only 32 when he made Spider-Man 3, and then they gave him his swinging papers.
But if not Andrew, than WHO is next in line to play Peter Parker/Spider-Man???
