Around 15 hours after his arrest, Tiger Woods released a formal statement about his recent DUI bust. Oooh, go on!

As we previously reported, the golf legend was arrested during the early hours on Memorial Day on suspicion of driving under the influence. However, the 41-year-old has since come forward to clarify that alcohol in no way caused his reportedly “erratic” driving in Jupiter, Florida.
In a new statement, the celebrated athlete explained:

Huh. Woods is currently recovering from a surgery that is supposedly keeping him benched from golfing all summer. So perhaps these “prescribed medications” DID mess with Tiger’s ability operate a vehicle? *Shrugs*
