Tom Sizemore Faces Three Years Of Jail Time For Allegedly Assaulting His Girlfriend

Let’s just hope justice will be served!
According to TMZ, Tom Sizemore could face up to three years in prison for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend back in July.

Per the report, Mr. Sizemore has been charged with counts of domestic violence, battery and terrorist threats. The ugly claims cost him his role on the TV show Shooters… now it might cost him his freedom as well.
While a court date has yet to be set, we imagine the outcome won’t be good for the actor. Given the evidence and his pattern of domestic abuse (Tom assaulted his ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss in 2003), his chance of jail time is fairly high.
