Todd Chrisley's Sister-In-Law Pamela Chrisley Arrested For Trying To Extort Money Out Of The Famous Fam!

What a headache!
On Saturday, Todd Chrisley of Chrisley Knows Best announced on social media that his sister-in-law Pamela Chrisley was arrested for attempting to extort cold hard cash out of his family. Pamela is married to, yet also estranged from Todd’s brother Randy Chrisley.

The sad and unfortunate news arrives on the same day as Chrisley Knows Best season 4 is set to premiere.
According to the poppa, Pam threatened to release salacious stories about the clan to the tabloids unless he deposited “hush money” into her account. Not on to be threatened, the mogul has been cooperating with authorities for a while now to bring Mrs. Chrisley to justice.

Wow! At least the jumped on this scheme right away… it seems like T.C. did everything right in this situation!
The television personality also went on to address claims that his son-in-law, Will Campbell, was also involved in the sick plot:

Phew, what a relief!
On the other side of this situation, the scandalized sister-in-law’s camp claims this is nothing more than a publicity stunt gone awry, stating:

“These salacious allegations of extortion of monies from a family that is involved in reality TV known as Chrisley Knows Best unfortunately has permeated Oconee County. As you may know the ratings for the Chrisley’s reality TV show has dropped tremendously over the last couple of viewing seasons and this is simply a ploy to increase their ratings.”

Well, it’s too bad the cops have text messages proving Todd’s case… we wonder how Pamela will get out of this one!
Despite the evidence stacked against her, the South Carolina resident plans to file a $1 million dollar lawsuit against Mr. Chrisley since the allegations have caused her to lose her job. She also intends to continue her divorce from Randy.
