How could you tell who were Tom Ford‘s clients in the 90s?
All the white lines on his designs were gone!
OK, we know that’s a terrible joke, but it’s actually not that far from the truth.
During an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, the designer divulged his clients were big fans of the booger sugar, saying:
“I├óΓé¼Γäóm in a totally different place. I don├óΓé¼Γäót drink, I don├óΓé¼Γäót smoke. I’m not the guy who├óΓé¼Γäós designing clothes for someone who is doing lines of coke off the table, like I was when I was at Gucci and Saint Laurent.”
Or maybe they’re not being so obvious about it.
Just sayin’.
