Tom Sandoval Tries To Sugarcoat Cheating Scandal By Saying He Broke Up With Ariana Madix... On Valentine's Day!

Tom Sandoval is making sure his narrative is out there before the Vanderpump Rules reunion airs!!

On Tuesday, the disgraced bar owner sat down on the Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast to share his side of the Raquel Leviss affair and Ariana Madix breakup. He truly babbled for over an hour, but also revealed so many of the alleged missing pieces fans are after — that is, if you believe what he’s selling!

In one explosive part of the sit-down, the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman shared he actually broke things off with Ariana BEFORE she found that explicit video of Raquel on his phone at the beginning of March. In fact, he had been taking steps both in individual therapy, couples therapy, and IRL to slowly back away from the relationship due to a lack of intimacy and his attraction to Raquel.

In his own words, Tom explained:

“I made it pretty clear in therapy that I wanted to, like, take the steps to break up. And then actually Ariana kind of just started really started fighting for it and I felt so, so bad about it because she was being so unbelievably sweet and amazing.”

Still, he went on to share he broke up with her ON Valentine’s Day (this guy, WTF?)! He explained some of their alleged convo and the aftermath:

“A couple days later, I sit down to talk with her again, and she’s like, ‘I’m not letting you leave me, you’re gonna have to force me out of this relationship,’ and I was like, ‘Ariana, I don’t think I can be faithful in a relationship with you right now’… She’s like, ‘If you break up with me, you will be effectively ending my life… I didn’t know what to do. She was in complete denial and not accepting it.”

Sandoval then confessed:

“Listen, we don’t have to post anything on social media, like, let’s talk through this… Like, ‘We can keep this between us.’ Obviously she was very upset, she freaking punched me and all this s**t. We were broken up. She knew we were broken up. We didn’t tell anybody, but she knew.”

He continued, backing up his quotes about her denial with some gut-wrenching talk of Ariana freezing her eggs:

“She was trying to, like convince me not to be broken up … but that was not the case. She asked me that day as we were leaving about, like — because we had talked about fertilizing [her] eggs, which I never did. She was like, ‘So, what do you think about doing a sperm check to fertilize my eggs?’ And I’m like, ‘What? We’re broken up.’ … I was like, ‘We’ll talk about this later, I gotta go do my show.’”

This is so sad to hear and something the former SUR bartender should not be sharing! Like seriously, what’s the point besides hurting her?? And to be fair, it’s also clear Tom was upset that Ariana threatened to throw her reality TV career and their “brand” away. He said:

“She’s been on the show for nine years, building all of this, we’ve built all of this together, and you’re just going to throw that away?”

ICK!

After the alleged split, he went to a food and wine festival in Miami and Ariana “didn’t talk to me the entire time.” Tom said despite not talking, Ariana still showed up to his concert on March 1. He then alleged that she was milking it for fans and cameras:

“We’ve never been PDA unless it’s for a photo or for press or whatever, [but] she, like, in front of all these fans, she grabs me and knows that I’m not gonna push her away in front of people, and she kisses me.”

It’s so clear Ariana was fighting for anything that remained. So freaking sad! As we know, she soon after found out about the Raquel affair, and everything crumbled. Let’s call the breakup a blessing at this point, shall we?
