drake tour bus heist suspect caught
Phew!
Late Wednesday, it was revealed the thief who stole around $3 million in jewelry from Drake‘s tour bus has been caught! As you may recall, the expensive jewelry was taken out of the Too Good artist’s tour bus during a concert stop in Phoenix on Tuesday. It’s believed the stolen items belong to the A-lister’s DJ, Future the Prince.

Nonetheless, the police have since booked Travion King on a burglary charge at the Maricopa County Jail. The cops were able to pinpoint the 21-year-old as the main suspect in the heist thanks to surveillance footage from the Talking Stick Resort Arena. Well done!
Not to mention, it wasn’t necessarily hard to track King down as he was already behind bars for trespassing at Arizona State University on Wednesday morning. Talk about an open and shut case!
Thankfully, the jewelry was found by Sergeant Vince Lewis who revealed that King had previously done contract work at the arena. If you’re wondering how Travion might’ve walked out with millions in jewels, the police have since explained that the culprit took a briefcase filled with the bling within a 15 minute window.
While the sergeant didn’t specify who owned the jewels, he DID reveal that Drake was NOT the owner of the bling. So, it’s a win for Drizzy regardless, right? LOLz!
