Tristan Thompson 'Still Loves' Khloé Kardashian & Wants Her Back - But She's Gushing About How Single She Is!

If Tristan Thompson had it his way, he’d already be back together with Khloé Kardashian.

The former NBA star has been on the outs with Khloé for a while, of course, following the infamous Maralee Nichols paternity situation and several other infidelity issues. But according to an insider who is sharing new details about Tristan’s mindset, it sounds like he wants to be back together with True Thompson‘s momma, like, yesterday!

The ex-Cleveland Cavaliers star is the subject of a brand-new source’s fresh and intriguing romantic revelations. On Thursday, ET published details about how Tristan allegedly “still loves” the Good American founder. Of course he does.

An insider said this to the outlet when asked about whether reconciliation could be in the cards:

“Tristan still loves Khloé and would love to be with her again. He’s doing whatever he can to try to prove himself to Khloe and her family.”

Hmmm…

Of course, this is far from the first time we’ve reported on the ex-hooper wanting to get back together with the Revenge Body alum. So it’s not surprising to hear it again. But still in love?! Pining away?! Tristan is down bad for a situation that he himself f**ked up! No one else to blame, ya know?

For what it’s worth, the ET insider added the duo is still “co-parenting well” for True and their 8-month-old baby boy:

“She chooses to be supportive, both publicly and privately, for the sake of their children. … They both are very dedicated and hands-on parents.”

Snaps and claps for that! Kids come first! However, the source needed just two words to nix any relationship talk, confirming the star-crossed ex-lovers are “not together.” So that’s that.

That really is that, too. As Perezcious readers will recall, on Thursday, we covered some of Khloé’s appearance on the Jennifer Hudson Show. She mostly talked about her baby boy, his unannounced ‘T’ name, and how lovely little True is adjusting well to becoming a big sister.

But she also dished on her single life! When host Jennifer Hudson queried Khlo-money on her relationship status, the reality TV vet needed just three words — and a big smile along with a loud cheer from the live studio audience — to confirm where she stands right now:

“I am single!”

And there you have it! Sorry, Tristan.

Hudson asked the former late night radio DJ whether she’d gotten on any dating apps yet, to which Khloé replied:

“I haven’t yet. I don’t want to say never because who knows where I’ll be next year. But as of now I haven’t yet.”

We’d swipe right on Khloé! LOLz!

One other amusing moment came from Khloé and Jennifer’s dating discussion, too. The daytime TV host asked if Khloé and fellow single sibling Kim Kardashian were setting each other up on dates right now. The star quickly balked at that set-up vibe for herself, but explained how her SKIMS mogul sis just loves to jump in the middle of things:

“I don’t really mess with that. I don’t want anyone to blame me for anything, so I don’t really do that. But Kim, Kim loves to do that. Kim loves to be in the mix, she loves to know everything, she’s very nosy, but I respect her for it. She loves to be in the mix to have her puppeteering and all that.”

Khloé added:

“And I’ll let her! I’m like, ‘do what you want to do,’ I want to see what Kim has. What are the options?”

Love that! Why not take a look if it’s there, right? After all, if Kim is going to do all the legwork…
