Two Teenage Girls From Steubenville Are Arrested After Taunting Rape Victim Via Twitter & Facebook

two steubenville girls are arrested after taunting rape victim
Those girls definitely deserved to be put behind bars!
Last summer, a 16-year-old girl from Steubenville, Ohio was raped by two high school football players, and while Ma’lik Richmond, 16 and 17-year-old Trent Mays have been convicted and are set to serve some time in juvenile detention — two girls have also been arrested after harassing the rape victim via Twitter and Facebook.
WTF?!?
According to Attorney General Mike DeWine, the 15 and 16-year-old bullies are both being charged with misdemeanors, he notes:

“The 16-year-old is charged with one misdemeanor count of aggravated menacing for threatening the life of the victim on Twitter. The 15-year-old is charged with one misdemeanor count of menacing for threatening bodily harm to the victim on Facebook.
Let me be clear, threatening a teenage rape victim will not be tolerated. If anyone makes a threat verbally or via the internet, we will take it seriously, we will find you, and we will arrest you.”

After the unfortunate incident occurred, images and texts of the victim were posted on social media sites, which have led police to investigate the crime even further.
As of now, DeWine announced that a grand jury will meet April 15 with more evidence to decide if more crimes were committed on the night of the assault.
We really hope that everyone who participated in this lewd act get what’s coming to them because what they did was just plain out WRONG!!
