House Mansion for sale!
Ever wonder what it’s like to live like Tyra Banks?! Well, now you have your chance to find out.
The America’s Next Top Model star is moving out of her Spanish, colonial-style Beverly Hills residence and is only asking for $7.75 million! That’s no chump change.

For good reason though. With 6,000 square-feet, gorgeous architecture, and all the amenities a supermodel could ask for — it appears to be quite the deal!
Miz Banks noted:

“I loved living in this house. The Stunning Spanish architecture spoke to me the minute I walked in the door. And then, when I discovered that the movie star, and companion to William Randolph Hearst, Marion Davies, was a previous owner, I was ecstatic. Why? Because she was financially savvy. As a businesswoman myself, starting my own self-funded cosmetics company, I was impressed.”

Sounds like a DREAM home! So why move??
The entertainment mogul explained:

“I did not expect to move, and was not looking for another home until I discovered a property in the Malibu Hills through a friend. The decision to move was a difficult one after living in such a perfect neighborhood, in this home, with summer evenings in the outdoor living-room, and breezy afternoons with friends lounging by the pool, where we waxed poetic about how we imagined Davies and Hearst wined and dined in the many rooms we spent so many memorable moments in.”

Color us impressed!
After so many FIERCE tenants, we wonder who’ll be next to take over the property?? Someone cool we hope!
Regardless, does anyone want to attend the open house with us? WE KID… sort of.
We’re optimistic that the 41-year-old will be very happy once she moves into her Malibu house. Be sure to invite us to the house-warming party! Please and thank you.
