She may not have gotten evicted from her apartment, but Courtney has moved on to a new residence…with the help of Bono!
To recap – back in December, Courtney Love’s landlord was trying to get her evicted from her NYC apartment for several reasons, including “redoing the wallpaper without permission” and “setting the walls ablaze!”
Then in January, a judge tossed out the landlord’s case…but Courtney has decided to live somewhere else anyway!
She’s just moved to “The Lafayette building” In Nolita (in NYC), and she was able to land her new place thanks to a character reference by U2’s Bono!
Here’s what she said about it:
“[The landlords] chose Bono. And he wrote me a paragraph.”
How nice of the U2 singer! Hopefully Courtney won’t let him down by setting her new apartment on fire!
