Forgive us for not being impartial but we are 100% behind Valerie Harper on this one!
The 74-year-old actress has already been to hell and back with her recent health struggles, so the last thing she needs right now is a lawsuit saying she LIED about her cancer!
As we previously reported, Broadway playwright Matthew Lombardo wants $2 MILLION from Harper since he says she withheld the truth about her cancer’s resurgence in 2012.
That’s when Miz Harper had to drop out of Lombardo’s play, Looped, due to her slurred speech and memory loss all thanks to a tumor that was discovered in her brain!
The production refused to pay Valerie the rest of what was owed on her contract, so she sued! But then Lombardo sued her right back, claiming she knew she was sick the whole time!
OMG! Go F yourself, buddy!
Valerie broke her silence this week, saying that she was more shocked than anyone to see the cancer come back not only in her lung but to have it spread to her brain as well!
She says Lombardo found out about her diagnosis the same time she did and that his lawsuit is COMPLETELY baseless!
And she’s hoping a court agrees and throws his suit out!
We hope so too!
You need to focus on getting healthy, Val! Not about stupid lawsuits that are not only frivolous, they’re offensive!
