The former Victorious starlet attended Chlo├â┬½ Moretz‘s Sweet 16 birthday party held in conjunction with Teen Vogue‘s 10th Anniversary in NYC on Thursday.
The 19-year-old, who is looking forward to her own birthday later this month, looked HAWT in a Misguided dress featuring a studded red velvet bustier top and pleated leather skirt worn with black tights and Aldo booties.
Her red lipstick and raven locks popped against her clear, porcelain skin.
