Warhol's Jackson Portrait To Be Auctioned Off!

Andy Warhol‘s 1984 portrait of Michael Jackson is about to hit the auction block!

“This Andy Warhol portrait brings together the uncontested King of Pop Art with the uncontested King of Pop,” says Janet Lehr, the rep for the seller of the artwork.
She continues: “The portrait was painted at the height of their careers and is a celebration of two of the great talents in global cultural history.”
If you want to catch a glimpse at the portrait before it’s auctioned off in New York, the Warhol will be on display at London’s British Music Experience inside the O2 Arena, the venue which was to be used for Jackson’s This Is It residency.
