West Wilson is bowing out!
After a very dramatic few months following the exposure of his romance with Amanda Batula, the reality star has made the decision to leave Summer House!
That’s right. The reunion was as heated as this scandal is gonna get because he won’t be returning as a full cast member in the near future, a source told Us Weekly on Monday:
“West isn’t coming back. He could still make an appearance on Summer House or In the City in the future, especially if things with Amanda progress, but he’s not a cast member this season.”
An insider close to production confirmed the same with People. Wow!

West has yet to make an announcement himself. He’s been thrust into hot water ever since he confirmed his relationship with Amanda — despite previously dating her BFF, Ciara Miller. The timeline of the romances has also been called into question. It’s been a whole mess. Frankly, we’re not that surprised that he wants nothing to do with the Bravo cameras. He wouldn’t be the first reality star caught in a messy love triangle to quit! But it’s still a huge loss for the fandom that’s been so heavily invested in this controversy!
Per TMZ insiders, the next season starts filming over the 4th of July weekend, but West won’t be on the cast since he was “not picked up for the next season.” That wording makes it sound like it wasn’t his choice. Hmm. Time will tell…
