Amy Winehouse’s parents are quite the yappers about their daughter’s love life!
We mentioned earlier that Daddy Winehouse, Mitch, disapproved of his daughter’s cheating ways.
Yes, she’s having an affair with a new guy named Alex, who is her manager’s assistant. And, yes, her husband, Blake, is still in jail.
But, not to be out done, Amy├óΓé¼Γäós mother, Janis Winehouse, has also shared her thoughts on Amy├óΓé¼Γäós new love ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ clean cut ├óΓé¼╦£momma├óΓé¼Γäós boy├óΓé¼Γäó Alex Haynes — to the UK press.
Mommy Winehouse says, “He’s a lovely boy – gentle and sweet. He really looked after Amy popping out to buy cigarettes, papers, anything she wanted├óΓé¼┬ª He works for her manager so their relationship was professional to begin with but if they’ve made something of it, I’m thrilled.├óΓé¼┬¥
Momma went on to say that she blames Wino’s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, for sending Amy down the wrong path of drugs and self-harm and that Ames needs a man who will look after her. Mom just wants Amy to put this ├óΓé¼╦£terrible time├óΓé¼Γäó behind her and be drug free.
She’s praying that Alex is that man!
It’s a lot to ask of a young guy — we wonder if Alex is up for this high-pressure role…
Amy├óΓé¼Γäós mom does show a practical side ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ she says she├óΓé¼Γäós not getting her hopes up because Fielder-Civil has a “weird control” over her daughter, “He is always calling her from prison, threatening to divorce her but it’s just emotional blackmail.├óΓé¼┬¥
